I am officially in love with this seasoning blend, y'all. I got a wild hair recently and decided to spice up our steak a bit beyond the standard smoked salt, pepper, and garlic powder we normally use, and this was what I came up with. I used it to season the gorgeous 14 oz NY strip steak you see above that I picked up from US Wellness Meats.
I've also used it on a plethora of meats since, and it's just delightful. A bit smoky from the smoked paprika, definitely a bit spicy, and just insanely flavorful. It kind of reminds me of a Montreal-style steak seasoning, with more smoke and bite.
